You Earned Your License or Certification. Now What??
We know you have been through a lot to earn your appraiser license or certification and we absolutely respect you for getting it done. But, now what?
As a newly licensed or certified appraiser you have a few options. You can continue to work with your supervisor but if you graduated a PAREA program, this is not an option. You can find a staff appraising position in a large company, but if you are like me, you chose this career because of the freedom it provides and sitting in a cubicle writing reports all day sounds nauseating. We've all seen Office Space. Or you can start your own company and work for yourself as an entrepreneur. However, for most people, navigating the choppy waters of appraiser entrepreneurship (obtaining clients, retaining clients, accounting, taxes, administration, etc.) sounds terrifying. We'd like to provide you with a fourth option.
Reynolds and Ryll, LLC created a program built solely for newly licensed or certified appraisers. We will provide you everything that you need to become a successful appraiser in your market while creating the freedom that you worked har to achieve. Our method allows you to focus on appraising as your 'highest and best use' is using your knowledge to value property. We will handle all of the infrastructure needed on the business side (administration, vendor relations, payroll, accounting, etc.). We will provide all of the support in our team based model that you need including mentorship and education. Our goal is to assist you in your continuing education while working with you in your geographical location with the support of a world class appraisal team.
But here is the best part. We are not aiming to hook you into employment for the rest of your life, nor are we aiming to handcuff you when you leave the team. At the end of a set term you will have the choice to continue working with the safety and security of the company and team with increased independence, or you can move on to form your own independent office. The choice will be yours.
