Our business model is based on you keeping your own clients and we just add to your volume by providing you with assignments that are competed in a team format. We have the infrastructure to handle all of the administration (bidding, client updates, accounting, revisions, etc.) for the assignments that we provide. All we need you to do is inspect, reconcile and cash checks.
We understand that your 'highest and best use' is as an appraiser and not as a secretary, accountant, debt collector, or data entry professional. Our method lets you do what you were trained to do: Appraise.
